1 General Provisions

betjl (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online betting and casino service platform operated specifically for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between betjl and its users.

By using the betjl website or application, opening an account, depositing or withdrawing funds, playing games, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The betjl platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. No person under the age of 18 may register or play on this platform under any circumstances. If a minor creates an account, the Company reserves the right to close that account immediately and forfeit all winnings.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicion, the Company may suspend or close additional accounts and void all related transactions.

2.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name
• Valid mobile number
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method details

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure. betjl may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betjl currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. These methods allow fast and secure transactions.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

3.3 Account Ownership Verification

The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder. Transactions using a third party's account or mobile number are not permitted. The Company may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

Before a withdrawal request is processed, it will be verified that the balance has met the applicable wagering requirements. Funds obtained from bonuses must fulfill the associated wagering conditions before withdrawal.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• betjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once or through multiple accounts.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and issues a bet ID. The bet confirmation shown on the user's screen is considered final.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault, disconnection, or software issue, the Company will make a decision by reviewing the relevant logs. In cases of technical failure, betjl's decision is final.

5.3 Restricted Markets

betjl reserves the right to limit or cancel betting on certain events, markets, or games. If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

5.4 Odds & Results

For sports betting, winnings will be paid out only after the official result is determined. If a result is disputed, the final decision will be based on the official announcement from the relevant sports authority.

6 Fair Play & Security

6.1 Encryption & Data Protection

betjl uses SSL encryption technology to keep all personal and financial information secure. International-standard cybersecurity measures are applied to protect our servers and databases.

6.2 Fair Play Guarantee

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjl platform:

betjl's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular gaming and betting activity.

Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits may be changed at betjl's discretion. VIP tiers and associated benefits are at betjl's sole discretion, and the Company's decision on such matters is final.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Company's Rights

betjl may suspend or permanently close any account without warning for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive behaviour
• Providing false identity or information
• Identification of an underage user
• Suspicion of unlawful or unethical activity

8.2 User's Rights

A user may request closure of their account at any time. However, all pending bets must be settled and a withdrawal request for any valid balance must be submitted before doing so. The Company will provide support for self-exclusion requests made for responsible gaming reasons.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, betjl will carry out a proper investigation and attempt to provide a fair resolution. The Company's decision will be considered final and binding, though the relevant party retains the right to pursue legal recourse.

13 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

betjl reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes, though this is not mandatory.

Even if any provision of these Terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the betjl platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
